Your Role: As a Payroll Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on-time while navigating payroll regulations and tax requirements. You'll make an impact by: + Processing bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payrolls with speed and precision + Assisting with garnishments, tax filings, and compliance reporting. + Collaborating with HR and Accounting teams to handle new hires, terminations, benefits deductions, and employee questions. + Proactively identifying opportunities for system and process improvements within payroll administration. Requirements + Experience: 5+ years of payroll experience, ideally working in a fast-moving environment of 400+ employees + Education: Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; payroll certifications (like CPP or FPC) are a plus! + Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex) and understanding of tax regulations. + Skills: Detail oriented, skilled communicator, and strong problem-solver.
