Job description- We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages. You should possess a strong knowledge of various cocktails, beers, and wines, and be able to recommend and prepare them to meet our customers' preferences. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly and accurately. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies as needed, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. We are willing to train.

Job Description:**

• Work as a team with all staff members to create a positive and friendly work environment.****

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
2. Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
3. Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare drinks for the whole restaurant.
4. Engage with customers in a courteous and attentive manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
5. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment regularly.
6. Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, to ensure availability during service hours.
7. Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
8. Monitor and manage customer consumption levels and identify any signs of intoxication, taking appropriate action to ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment.
9. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing the appropriate payment methods.
10. Collaborate with other staff members, such as servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service and overall customer satisfaction.
11. Stay updated on current beverage trends, new products, and industry developments, and share this knowledge with customers when appropriate.
12. Checking ID's of patrons to ensure they are over 21
13. Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
    Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Excellent oral communication skills
• High level of stamina to work to work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work well under time pressure
• Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
• Ability to lifting/move 25+ pound dish tub, lifting/moving kegs, kegs are 50+ lbs
• Able to go up and down stairs
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts
• Ability to safely transport food or beverages to a table
• Polite and hospitable attitude

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour Plus Tips
