Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and possess excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless communication with team members and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain general ledger entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred.
