Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CyberArk and Zscaler Engineer to design, implement, and manage our organization's Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CyberArk's suite of tools and Zscaler's cloud security platform, ensuring secure and efficient access to our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities CyberArk Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk solutions, including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Central Policy Manager (CPM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
• Onboard privileged accounts across various platforms (Windows, UNIX/Linux, databases, network devices) into CyberArk.
• Manage and troubleshoot CyberArk components, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and password management practices.
• Conduct regular audits, compliance checks, and generate reports to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CyberArk with other security tools and applications.

Zscaler Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to secure web traffic and internal applications.
• Implement zero-trust network access principles using Zscaler's platform.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and mitigate security threats.
• Integrate Zscaler solutions with identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and endpoint security tools.
• Develop and maintain security policies, rules, and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Provide support for incident response and troubleshooting related to Zscaler services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.
• 2+ years of experience managing Zscaler security solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, zero-trust architecture, and network security.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.
• Experience with integration of security tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry, Guardian).
• Zscaler certifications (e.g., ZIA/ZPA Specialist).
• Experience with other security tools such as SIEM, DLP, CASB, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
