Job Description:
The College of Nursing Dean's Office is seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Federal Work-Study (FWS) students to provide general administrative and office support. As a student assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position is ideal for a student who is looking to gain valuable work experience, build their professional network, and develop administrative skills in a dynamic environment.
As a student assistant in the College of Nursing Dean's Office, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and office support. This will include a wide variety of tasks, including preparing and editing documents, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with projects or special events.
Additionally, you will support the day-to-day operations of the office, including providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Expected Salary:
$15.00 hourly
Required Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 2.0 GPA
• Must be in good academic and conduct standing with the University
• Must receive or be eligible to receive Federal Work Study
• Must be able to work within our operating hours.
• Must bring course schedule on first day since shifts scheduled around course schedule
