Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the retail network.
  • Evaluate market and segment analytics and provide recommendations on how best to reach targeted prospects and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Manage the execution of retail marketing strategy to ensure lead generation growth targets are met.
  • Lead communication with leadership to maintain alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Lead integration of retail marketing programs with product commercialization strategies.
  • Oversee and support global retail marketing team and help ensure alignment with global marketing strategies.
  • Monitor the use of the company brand to help reinforce consistency across all markets. Lead marketing strategy discussion on current products around competitive positioning based on the global landscape.
  • Develop relationships with global marketing team to support global alignment of the company’s retail marketing programs and sales support materials.
  • Make clear recommendations supported by data and global cross-functional input to develop retail market strategies that increase customer engagement and generate revenue.
  • Facilitate ongoing discussions with the global marketing team about retail marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the ongoing evaluation of strategies and tactics implemented to continually refine programs for optimal Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Determine effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing the data and reporting on the measurable results.
  • Lead discussions with the global marketing team to align on standard campaign reporting requirements and format.
  • Work across the organization to ensure strategic alignment with overall company goals.
  • Actively lead, build and develop the Retail Marketing Team into a cohesive team that aligns with the goals of the business. 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, along with at least 8 years’ related experience is required. Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Frequent travel (6-20%)

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in marketing, product management, communications, or public relations.
  • Strong leadership skills and history of demonstrated successes. 
  • Excellent communicator with ability to influence across all functional areas.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and summarize results for executive leadership.
