We are seeking an experienced Temporary HR Manager to support our team in South East Arkansas. This role will focus on managing day-to-day human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to step into a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters at the location.
+ Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance with company policies.
+ Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and employee questions.
+ Process payroll accurately and on schedule in coordination with accounting or payroll service providers.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
+ Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
+ Support management with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding as needed.
+ Provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on HR matters.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager, Generalist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar).
