About the Role

Manning & Kass is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator reporting to the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Engagement, this role provides critical administrative support for the firm’s Recruiting and Professional Development efforts. The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support including maintaining recruiting database, resume data, schedules candidate interviews with partners, and reporting for all candidate hiring processes and onboarding as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating a variety of internal, external, and virtual attorney recruiting efforts.
  • Support the planning and execution of the events, including onboarding, orientation materials, work assignments, and social/training events.
  • Help organize and implement professional development and attorney training programs.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, interviews and events, including scheduling, room reservations, set-up, and preparation of materials.
  • Collaborate with practice area leaders and departments across the firm to ensure recruiting and development data is accurately maintained and accessible.
  • Track recruiting and professional development metrics and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit expense forms and check requests.
  • Assist in managing Continuing Legal Education (CLE) tracking and compliance.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support for recruiting and professional development activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 1–2 years of related experience, preferably within a law firm or law school career services environment.
  • Ability to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, and external contacts.
  • Independent, self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a flexible, team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with viGlobal systems (viRecruit, viUtilize, viCLE) is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.


Company Offers

  • Salary Range $65,000 - $74,000. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
