Job Description

A US based design and builder of food industry warehouses, distribution plants, and processing centers is looking to add project managers and assistant project managers to their team. The company is in Western Milwaukee, and the role will be Monday to Friday with some US travel. The Project Manager will manage projects from cradle to grave concentrating on budgeting, vendor bidding, maintain of project schedule, job site visits, cost reports, and other areas of project management. The assistance project management role will work with multiple project managers assisting in areas of need while concentrating on bidder lists, materials, overview of designs, vendor building, and other areas. Each role will work across multiple departments and directly with clients/vendors/contractors. A degree in construction, civil engineering, or related is preferred but years of experience can replace this. Each role should expect between 10-20% travel as needed for client visits. The role pays a range from $75K-$120K depending on experience. Both roles will be eligible for bonuses upon project completion.
