RMA & Inventory Specialist – Logistics & Order Operations

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented RMA & Inventory Specialist for a temporary opportunity supporting supply chain operations in a fast-paced technology environment. This position plays a key role in managing returns, coordinating inter-company inventory transfers, and supporting purchasing and order management functions.

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay: $23 – $28 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

What You’ll Do:

• Manage prescreen inventory processes: track shipments, log activities, ship parts, disposition failures, and conduct cycle counts
• Coordinate RMAs with global headquarters, including returns and reconciliation
• Execute full-cycle inter-company branch transfers
• Register part numbers and assist with deletion mark removals in SAP for sales support
• Manage scrap audits and monthly scrap RMA reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for leadership and HQ teams
• Handle packaging, labeling, inspection, and logistics of physical inventory
• Maintain inventory integrity across internal systems and external sites

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in order entry/management, inventory, purchasing, or shipping
• Direct experience managing RMAs, preferably in a technology environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy
• High accountability and independence in completing time-sensitive tasks
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; SAP experience preferred
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 24 lbs and move multiple boxes via cart
• Comfortable in a hands-on logistics and warehouse support role
