Job Description of a Road and Safety Supervisor:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Road and Safety Supervisor to join our team. The Road and Safety Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services by collaborating with Driver Support, assisting drivers, and overseeing various aspects of road safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities of a Road and Safety Supervisor:

• Collaborate with Driver Support to address driver needs and concerns.
• Assist drivers with various issues and provide guidance as needed.
• View and download video footage for accidents, incidents, and complaints.
• Oversee the health and functionality of the camera system.
• Conduct video reviews and road observations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate random testing for drivers.
• Respond promptly to accidents, injuries, or other requests.
• Conduct site investigations and take statements from involved parties.
• Assist with training and development of drivers.

Qualifications of a Road and Safety Supervisor:

• Previous experience in transportation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using video and camera systems.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
