Manyone's New York City team is looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape future digital products by blending strategic design thinking, conceptualizing experiences, and designing high-quality digital interfaces that drive business impact and excite users.

As a Senior Designer in New York, you'll be part of a tightly knit, multidisciplinary team delivering industry-shaping customer experiences to both U.S.-based and global businesses.

The job:

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final execution across digital applications, web, mobile, mixed reality (XR), and physical-digital experiences
  • Translate business and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences
  • Strong proficiency in visual design, creating high-fidelity UI designs, and working with design systems
  • Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes with brand identity 
  • Help design and facilitate workshops with users, clients, and cross-functional teams
  • Work in close collaboration with Manyone colleagues across disciplines and global offices
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our digital experiences

What We're Looking For:

  • A curious and creative problem solver who transforms ideas into impactful design solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI design, and/or interaction design across web, mobile, AIX or XR applications
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, user-centric design, and interaction patterns
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
  • Experience working with developers to implement solutions
  • Experience with motion design and AI-driven experiences
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to commute to Brooklyn Navy Yard 3 days per week
