DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an experienced professional who can wear two crucial hats - Salesforce Administration and Quality Engineering - for Amazon Shipping's Salesforce Sales Cloud instance. This unique role combines platform governance with quality assurance leadership, ensuring our Salesforce environment operates at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and security.

Key job responsibilities
Quality Engineering Leadership:
- Design and implement comprehensive QA frameworks for Salesforce deployments
- Transform manual test cases into robust automated test suites
- Architect and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integration
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools
- Create detailed test documentation and maintain QA best practices
Salesforce Administration:
- Manage user roles, security profiles, and permission sets following least privilege principles
- Configure and maintain Sales Cloud features, workflows, and automation tools
- Implement and maintain data quality standards and validation rules
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security compliance
- Lead security initiatives and access control optimization projects
Technical Innovation:
- Integrate automated testing into the deployment pipeline
- Develop scalable solutions for test data management
- Create reusable test components and frameworks
- Implement automated regression testing strategies
- Design and maintain test environments that mirror production
Process Improvement:
- Establish QA methodologies and best practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual testing effort
- Implement metrics and reporting for quality assurance processes
- Lead root cause analysis for quality-related incidents

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- 4+ years of delivering test frameworks, test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an QAE role
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
